Description

Roots screw dry vacuum group system is a dry oil-free vacuum unit composed of ZJ type Roots pump as main pump and screw vacuum pump as fore stage pump. After the front-stage screw vacuum pump works, the starting of Roots pump is controlled by vacuum gauge and vacuum relay.

The Roots screw vacuum group is characterized by its exceptional attributes and versatile utility. The main features advantages:
1. There is no oil in the pump cavity, no pollution to the pumped system, and clean high vacuum can be obtained.
2. No oil in the pump chamber, very easy to realize the recovery of solvents.
3. The pump chamber of Roots pump and screw pump are nickel-plated or coated with Hastelloy coating, which can pump water vapour, solvent gas and other corrosive media.
4. Because the main pump and the fore stage pump are oil-free dry vacuum pumps, there is no wastewater and waste oil discharge. No pollution to the environment.
