Our crystallization and crystal cultivation reactor, a key component in the winterization fractionation system, features a precision-engineered design. It includes a nitrogen entry port connected to a nitrogen displacement coil inside the reaction tank, a control assembly at the upper end of the tank, and an output assembly with a gas outlet. This gas outlet is seamlessly connected to a breather valve, ensuring the efficient removal of displaced gas.
Our specially designed crystallization tank addresses critical issues, such as preventing residual volatile substances from escaping post-deodorization, safeguarding fish oil from oxidation, and enhancing overall fish oil quality. This innovative solution also tackles the challenge of eliminating trapped volatiles during the transition from hot to cold temperatures, preserving the flavor and texture of the products.

Process Features:
- The production line is completed with automatic control system to achieve automatic operation on oil feeding and draining, oil measurement, temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, blending frequency, cultivation, crystallizing and incubation processes, etc.
- The selected membrane filter press is with plenty projects verified to be the most suitable for degreasing and fractionation filtering for oil stearin, with main body designed of mechanical, electrical and liquid integration.
- Based on the crystallizing characteristics of fish oil winterization, the crystallizing tank is designed with a unique ZCX variable cross section axial flow type paddle, with high efficiency and low power distribution.
- The material contact part in the crystallizer and oil tank are fine polished, all tubing are with internal and external polished stainless steel SS304 seamless tubing.
- In order to reduce the oxidation rate of fish oil, we design an automatic nitrogen sealing device in the process. All the crystallization tanks, oil tanks and tubing can be filled with nitrogen for sealing, automatic air intake and exhaust, so that the fish oil is not easy to oxidation and rancidity.
- All water circulation pumps are of special stainless steel chemical pump products with Shanghai Pat brand. The mechanical seal is not easy to leak and with stainless steel for medium contacted parts.
- Main electrical parts in electric control cabinet adopt with Schneider
- The valve, pipe, instruments are from national superior known brands. Automatic control valves are mainly manufactured by Shanghai Faden (German), while manual valves are mainly produced by Shanghai Hugong Valve Group
- The crystallizing tank agitation adopts mechanical seal form, adopts SEW frequency conversion gear reducer, with small volume, high efficiency, low noise, no refueling, replaces the commonly used cycloid pin gear reducer.
- Wire and cable are mainly chosen from the Far East cable or Jiangnan cable national standard products. The bridge is made of famous and excellent products.
- Air compressor adopts branded Jaguar or Zhejiang Kaishan brand, screw type, balanced and reliable operation with high efficiency.
- The plate heater is from Tianjin Pacific Company to ensure the smooth production.
- All the oil contact parts of the equipment in the process are made of stainless steel SS304 to ensure the stability of product quality.
